Return Policy

We accept returns and Refunds!

In order to receive a refund you must send us back our product at your charge, then we must deem the product to still be sellable (in good shape and condition) and allow us 3 days (After we have received the product) to refund it back to you.

If you receive something broken please contact us and we'll make it right.

We do not do exchanges.

Shipping policy

  • We are not responsible for damaged packages.
  • If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please email Fairy's Co, Send proof of order and information and a picture of the items you received, We will compensate you for the mess up!
  • Fairy's Company is not responsible for the insufficient address submitted by the customer. If an address mistake was made, you have 24 hours to contact and email us so we can change things.
  • If you purchase shipping that is a envelope and goes through postage by stamp then it is your liability if it gets lost or stolen in the mail we will not compensate you nor send you a another product in place of the one that was lost, you purchased it, it is your responsibility.
