- If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please email Fairy's Co, Send proof of order and information and a picture of the items you received, and we will compensate you for the mess up!
- Fairy's Company is not responsible for the insufficient address submitted by the consumer. If an address mistake was made, you have 24 hours to contact us and email us so we can change things.
- If you purchase shipping that is a envelope and goes through postage by stamp then it is your liability if it gets lost or stolen in the mail we will not compensate you nor send you a another product in place of the one that was lost, you purchased it, it is your responsibility.
